Terms for Buying and Selling

The Site will issue an order once the payment has been received by the buyer, it will be sent to both parties (buyer and seller) by means of an email confirming the receipt of the payment. This email will show the amount paid, the product purchased and the contact details.  The Site automatically generates a delivery code for the buyer.  If the delivery is completed in less than 15 days, the seller is paid on the 20th day, while if the delivery is completed in more than 20 days, the seller is paid on the 30th day.  These same time periods are those that apply for the buyer to dispute and claim any damage or defect of the product, since G&G CORP can withhold payment from the seller until the dispute is resolved.

G&G CORP payment may be disbursed to the seller, discounting from this payment the relevant percentage for intermediation of the transaction, also including in this percentage the cost of transaction to the Site by the bank and by the card company.  This percentage has been set at 10%, plus a 7% tax (ITBMS) of the original 10%, included in the final payment to the seller.

The buyer can cancel an order but will be charged a penalty of 10% of the value of the purchased product. That is, you will be refunded 90% of what you paid for the product you want to cancel.

A refund may be made to the buyer in case it is proven that the seller did not comply with the sale or delivery.

Delivery times

The delivery times will be duly checked by the seller before confirming it with the buyer 15 days is the maximum acceptable time, unless both the seller and the buyer have agreed to the contrary. If the seller fails to deliver in this time without an agreement with the buyer, the sale will be canceled, and the buyer will be penalized with 10% of the value of the product.

Return Policy

In no case will G&G CORP be involved in the return of a product between the seller and the buyer, the seller assumes full responsibility when accepting and processing returns, including shipping and replacement costs where appropriate. However, G&G CORP is an intermediary that will do its best to ensure the best outcome of the transaction.

In no event shall G&G CORP be involved in claims about a product or effect between the Buyer and the Seller. The Seller assumes all actions in accepting and processing returns, including the cost of return, replacement, or other solutions that may be consensual.

Terms for Marketing

Any user who joins the Site for the first time must register to have their complete information for verification and security issues both internal and external. This information will be confidential and for the exclusive use of G&G CORP for verification issues, complying with the Law of 81 of March 26, 2019, on Data Protection, in accordance with the section on use and processing of personal data mentioned in this document.

The products that may be sold are only those determined by the existing categories and subcategories. G&G CORP is subject to change and/or expand the range of products that are acceptable to sell, and it is your right to remove products or restrict access to any user who sells or attempts to sell other unauthorized products.

The prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice. All purchases will be made with the official currency that is the Balboa or US dollar. They can only be done by credit card.

Content Exhibition

Content is understood as all information, messages, graphics, drawings, sounds, images, photographs, recordings, software and, in general, any kind of material accessible through the Site.

G&GCORP.PA may make changes, modifications and/or updates to the content of its website and everything surrounding it. The responsibility falls to the user to ensure its correct functioning and report any error or abuse.

All users agree to use the Site diligently, correctly, and lawfully.
